Artwork and Logos * CUSTOMER must provide print-ready artwork in AI, TIF or hi resolution PNG. Embroidery files must be a EMB with Visual Ink’s standard thread colors applied. CUSTOMER must provide artwork at the exact size it should be printed. With Digital Printing, we do our best to match pantone colors, but a perfect match cannot be guaranteed, however, satisfactory matches can usually be made. Digital Printing is best suited for garments with 100% cotton. Our fulfillment team has worked hard to develop a system that allows us to print on poly and tri-blend, but due to the looser weave and combination of fabrics, certain garments will have a faded/vintage outcome with DTG printing. This looks cool, but this may not be ideal for customers wanting a more opaque outcome. Please use high quality garments for best printing results. If you have further questions regarding printing on specific fabric, don’t hesitate to contact our team. Unless we have an error with the customer supplied artwork, artwork approvals will NOT be sent before production. Artwork will be printed AS-IS.

Digitizing and Vector images * I understand that ANY digitizing or vectorizing needed to make my logos print ready will be charged a fee of $35.00 per logo/design and per occurrence. In the event this service is required, a payment will be required before we start production. Inadequate artwork WILL delay your order. The CUSTOMER takes full responsibility for the artwork, placement and design when using our online designing tool. Unless we have an error with the customer supplied artwork, artwork approvals will NOT be sent before production. Artwork will be printed AS-IS.

Customer Supplied Blanks CUSTOMERS who provide their own blanks, must provide blanks that are on our preferred product guide for best printing results. Those products not approved will NOT be eligible for our return policy and print quality may vary. VISUAL INK is NOT responsible for unsatisfactory print results, peeling ink, durability of printed artwork, longevity of the ink or staining of the garment due to the fixation required for digital printing. CUSTOMER takes FULL responsibility for these garments after they have been printed by VISUAL INK.
